Questions

How long does a home visit take?

A consultation lasts at least 30 minutes, so there’s time for a full examination and your questions.

Can you see more than one pet in the same visit?

Yes. Tell us how many pets need to be seen when you book, and we’ll confirm the cost before the visit. You only pay one travel fee.

What do I need to prepare?

A quiet room, your pet’s vaccination record and any medicines they take. Keep cats indoors and in one room before Mara arrives, and have a towel or carrier nearby for small pets.

What happens if my pet needs X-rays or surgery?

We refer you to a partner clinic and send them the information they need. If getting there is difficult, our pet transport can take your pet.
